If you have a Word document open, you now will be able to paste the histogram into the Word document. This issue should not be ignored When missing values are treated as valid values, it causes the 'Valid Percent' columns to be calculated incorrectly. If you close the window, the change will appear in the original graph. SPSS does not automatically recognize blank (i.e., empty) strings as missing values, so the blank values appear as one of the 'Valid' (i.e., non-missing) categories.

Then you can make any changes that are necessary. You should eventually see the cursor in the title you want to change. If another window appears, just close it. Click once and then twice (slower than a double click) on the axis label you want to change. You need to select the variable on the left hand side that you want to plot as a histogram, in this case Height, and then shift it into the Variable box on the right.
